Hey guys

So, after my illustrious attempt at a concept class several months ago, I have yet been struck by inspiration again!

Concept Class: Attorney

Attributes:
Harassment
Corporate Nature
Delegation - Primary Attribute - Spells your allies cast on you cost 9% less for each rank in Delegation
Vampirism

Concept skills -
harassment -
Subpoena [E] - Spell: Target foe shadowsteps to your location and suffers weakness and crippling
Deposition - Enchantment: Shouts last 10-100% longer on party members
Objection! - Shout: Target Foe is interrupted. You gain 2-7 energy.
Berate - Target hexed foe is knocked down and suffers weakness.

corporate -
office lunch - enchantment: for 3-12 seconds, all party members gain 5 health regeneration
"Bill those hours to the client!" - shout: All allies do +15 damage with their next 1..3 attacks
Sportscar - Stance: you move 50% faster, but suffer -2 health degeneration
'Round the Clock - Attack: target foe suffers bleeding, poison, disease, daze, deep wound, fire, crippling, weakness

and so on.
Now I just need some frickin sweet armor, and Gw2 has its next awesome concept class.

Here's some other skills:
Corporate Nature -
Settle: Enchantment Spell - (10 sec) All allies lose 250 hp. End effect: all allies are healed for 250hp.

Paper shred: Hex - Foes in the area are blind for 1..5 seconds.

Tome cooking: Enchantment - All allies have +5..20 armor, +1-3 hp regen, +1 e regen for 1..8 seconds. End effect: All foes in the area become enraged - attack 33% faster, deal 25% more dmg, and 25% faster skill recharge for 10 seconds
